We have a 30 day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to start a return

To request a return, email us at help@kindorostore.com with your order number, item(s), and the reason for return.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide the return instructions and the return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn,

  • with tags and in the original packaging,

  • accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at help@kindorostore.com if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (for example food, flowers, plants),

  • custom or personalized products,

  • personal care goods and beauty products once opened,

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

Country specific consumer rights

Your statutory rights may vary by country. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

  • United Kingdom: Consumers generally have a 14 day right to cancel most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be returned in original condition.

  • Australia and New Zealand: There is no mandatory change of mind right, but you are entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act for faulty goods.

  • Canada: Provincial consumer protection laws may provide remedies for defective goods. There is generally no mandatory change of mind right unless stated by the seller.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, we will refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at help@kindorostore.com.
