INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order has been processed and dispatched. Please note that once an order has left our warehouse, we no longer have control over the delivery process.
We are not responsible for customs delays or any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during transit. Customs processing times vary by country.
APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES
(Does not include weekends or public holidays)

United States: 2–7 business days (tracking available)

United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada: 5–10 business days (tracking available)

Rest of the world: 7–15 business days (tracking available)
In very rare cases, deliveries may take longer than expected. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times or delays once packages are in transit.
If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will issue a replacement shipment free of charge.
This may occur during busy periods such as November–December holidays, major promotions, or other peak times.
PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Processing time: 2–4 business days
(This includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and dispatch to our logistics partner.)
After your order is processed, our shipping carrier will collect your package and provide tracking details by email.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take longer. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of submission.
After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED ORDERS
We are not responsible for packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice an incorrect shipping address in your confirmation email, contact us immediately at help@kindorostore.com with your correct details.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify the address.
CUSTOMS & DUTY FEES
Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Please check with your local customs office for more information.
In rare cases, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
SEPARATE PACKAGES
In certain situations, your order may arrive in multiple packages for any of the following reasons:

Items are shipped from different warehouses

Weight restrictions for standard shipping

Items temporarily out of stock and shipped separately
Regardless of split shipments, you will receive tracking information for each package.
HOLIDAY SEASON NOTICE
During the months of October, November, and December, shipping times may be extended due to high order volume.
